Refund policy

At Delamano Goods, we take pride in delivering high-quality flowers, chocolate, and coffee. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting product integrity.

Perishable Products (Flowers & Some Chocolates)

  • All fresh flower orders are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns on perishable goods.
  • If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
    • Photos of the product
    • Order number

If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement shipment, or
  • Store credit (case-by-case basis)

 Non-Perishable Products (Coffee & Select Chocolates)

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
